Easy Payment and Checkout Process

Payments are processed through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to checkout.  PayPal is only the "cashier" and simply processes the payment.

Payment can be made using PayPal funds, PayPal’s "Bill Me Later", or a credit card or debit card.

To checkout and have your order and payment processed, click on "Add to Shopping Cart" . After you have clicked to "Calculate Shipment" you will be shown the total cost of the item with the shipping cost.

If you are not done shopping, you can click on "Continue Shopping”, if you are done shopping, you can click on "Proceed to Checkout".   Next, you will need to give your shipping address, e-mail (so order confirmation can be sent, don’t worry, you will be sent e-mails only about the order) and how you found out about The Curious Phoenix. When finished, click to "Place Order".

When asked to select payment method, click on "PayPal" even if you are paying by credit or debit card without a PayPal account. This is only telling the system that it is okay to process the payment through the PayPal cashier.

On the next screen, you will be given the choice to checkout either with the funds from a PayPal account or to "Buy Now" with a credit or debit card. The PayPal button is near the center of the screen. The "Buy Now" button is in the lower right-hand side of the screen. You will be asked to provide your credit card information and complete the transaction.

After the transaction is complete, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Once your order has been processed, you will receive another e-mail from information@thecuriousphoenix.com giving you the tracking number for your package.

If you have questions or need help, you can contact Customer Service by sending a message to information@thecuriousphoenix.com or by calling 330-267-9846. If your call is not answered immediately, you will be given a chance to leave a voicemail. Messages are responded to as quickly as possible, but it may take as long as a few hours due to an influx of calls. If you leave a message, your call will be returned.
