T&V Mistletoe Plate
**Plate is 9 1/4 inches wide**
**White background with mistletoe bunches on a yellow band with a gold, ornate band**
**Scroll design molded along rim**
**On back, "France, Depose" is printed in red under a rectangle with "T&V". There also is a red bell with "T.V." in it with "France" underneath**
**No breaks, no repairs, no chips, no cracks, no crazing**
**Along bottom edge of yellow band is gray smoking or smudging that is part of the design and is under the glaze**
**According to Kovel's New Dictionary of Marks, T&V used the bell stamp from 1891 to 1907 and the rectangle with T&V from 1892 to 1917.**
