**7 1/2 inches long, including upturn; approximately 5 inches long to where shoes start to upturn; 2 3/4 inches wide; 3 inches tall**
**Look child sized**
**Shoes are painted black with silver lines. Front of shoes is decorated with hand-drawn ships on water with seagulls, all framed by scalloping along edge. Right shoe has "Belcium" or "Belciuns" and left shoe has "Souvenir"**
**Does not look like the shoes were ever worn, no scuff marks on the bottoms**
**Shoes have hole in back of each heel for string in order to hang on display**
**Shoes have paint chipping**
**No identifying labels or marks**
