**Used to store military ribbons and medals**
**8 plush-lined compartments for medals, storage in lid for ribbons**
**Comes with what was found inside: "free spirit" patch; thin metal disk, 1 1/2 inches across; some kind of small plastic button; and pins in satin of interior of lid**
**Has too much wear to list, please see photos**
**Catch has been repaired**
**Box exterior seems to be leather. Lid has eagle and shield with "(Metal)" stamped onto it**
